1. General Principle
Electronic transactions confirmed by the user are final and irreversible except in circumstances defined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical system errors
- Failed transactions where funds were debited but not credited
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Incorrect recipient details entered by the user
- User negligence or unauthorized sharing of credentials
- Disputes between buyer and merchant unrelated to system error
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take between 3-7 business days, subject to reconciliation with Mobile Money providers and settlement partners.
5. Investigation Rights
QuataPay reserves the right to conduct internal reviews before approving any refund request.
