Services

Five revenue lines, one counter.

Customers walk in for one service and walk out having used three. Every service is a commission line — they stack.

Cash-in

Customers hand you physical cash; you credit their wallet. Your float grows by the same amount.

Cash-out

Customer requests; they approve in their app; you hand them physical cash. Their wallet debits, your float credits.

Bill pay

ENEO, CDE, internet, school fees — pay any biller on behalf of a walk-in customer who'd rather use cash than wallet.

Mobile top-up

Airtime + data top-ups for any MTN / Orange / Camtel number. One tap from your agent app.

Remittance

Pay out incoming international transfers in cash. We handle the FX, you handle the over-the-counter experience.

Customer service

Reset PINs, recover handles, verify identity. Each support touch builds your retention.

Apply

Four steps to your first commission

  1. Apply

Fill out the agent application in your QuataPay app. Individual, business, or institution — we have a form for each.

  2. KYC + interview

Bring your ID and proof of address (or business registration) to your local QuataPay office, or schedule a video call.

  3. Activate float

Top up at least 50,000 XAF as starter float. This is your working capital — you'll cycle it many times a day.

  4. Start earning

Customers walk in with their handle / QR; you serve them; commission lands in your account same-day.

I run a phone shop. Adding QuataPay agency tripled my foot traffic — people come for cash-out and walk out with airtime, a screen protector, and a glass cleaner.

Questions

Common agent questions

How long does approval take?
1–3 business days after we receive your application + KYC. Faster for individuals than for institutions.
Do I need to keep a minimum balance?
Yes — 50,000 XAF starter float to stay activated. Top agents keep 500k+ to handle a busy market day.
Can I close my agency?
Yes, any time. Your remaining float is paid out to your registered MoMo / bank account within 24 hours.
Is there a fee to apply?
No application fee. You only fund your float once approved.
Can I have multiple counters?
Yes — that's the institution flow. One parent account, multiple branch agents, central reporting.
