Common enterprise questions

What does 'custom rate' actually mean?
Volume-tier pricing — for example, 1.2% on the first 100M XAF/month, 0.9% on the next 200M, 0.7% above. We model your projected volume and propose tiers; you sign once a year.
Is the on-prem option real on-prem, or hosted?
We deploy a fully managed instance inside a VPC you own (AWS, GCP, or on-site data centre). We operate it remotely; the data sits with you. Used by banks with regulatory data-residency constraints.
How long does enterprise onboarding take?
Standard onboarding is 2–4 weeks: KYB review, contract negotiation, integration kickoff, sandbox validation, production go-live. White-label add-on is +2 weeks.
Can we get SLA penalties in writing?
Yes. The standard contract carries 5% service-credit per 0.1% below the 99.95% monthly target, automatically credited to your next invoice.
Do you support multiple currencies for enterprise?
XAF is fully supported. XOF and NGN are on the roadmap; we'll do beta cohort onboarding for enterprise customers operating across the franc zones in Q3.
Who's our CSM?
Assigned at contract signature, named in the agreement. Time-zone aligned to West/Central Africa business hours. Quarterly business reviews built into the engagement.
