All platform fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation. Government tax (4 XAF) only applies to withdrawals.

1. Withdrawals (Cash-out)

Agent earnings vary according to transaction volume, services provided and customer demand. A fixed 4 FCFA government levy applies per withdrawal. Final tiers are configured in the admin dashboard and are always disclosed before you confirm. These are the standardized 5 cash-out tiers (they match the public Pricing page and the backend cashout_fee_tiers table).

Merchant transaction fees are configured according to the merchant's account and applicable service terms. The fee attached to an account is shown on every settlement.

7. Fee Display & Transparency (Developer Instruction)

  • Always show Platform Fee in all transaction screens.
  • Include 4 FCFA Government Tax only for withdrawals.
  • Summary box before confirmation must show:
    • Amount
    • Platform Fee
    • Government Tax (if applicable)
    • Total Paid / Total Charged
    • Net Received (for withdrawals)

Example (Withdrawal):

Withdrawal Amount: 50,000 FCFA Platform Fee: 650 FCFA Government Tax (TTA): 4 FCFA

Total to Pay: 50,654 FCFA Net Cash Received: 50,000 FCFA [Confirm Withdrawal]

  • Internal Transfers: Always show 0 FCFA Platform Fee.
  • Bill Payments & Merchant Payments: Show Platform Fee before confirming.
