  1. LEGAL STATUS Quatapay is a digital wallet platform operated by QUATA DIGITAL within Cameroon. These Terms govern all access and use of the platform.

  2. ELIGIBILITY Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Reside within Cameroon
  • Provide accurate and verifiable information
  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity conducted through their account.

  2. WALLET SERVICES Users may:

  • Fund wallets via licensed Mobile Money services
  • Deposit cash through authorized agents
  • Transfer funds within Cameroon
  • Pay registered merchants

All transactions are electronic and subject to applicable transaction limits.

  1. IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC) Quatapay reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time. Failure to comply may result in restricted functionality or account suspension.

  2. FEES All applicable fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. By confirming a transaction, the user agrees to the applicable charges.

  3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Users shall not engage in:

  • Fraud or deception
  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Illegal trade
  • System manipulation
  1. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION Quatapay may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Regulatory compliance requirements
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Breach of these Terms

Funds may be temporarily restricted during investigation as permitted by law.

  1. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION Users may file complaints through official support channels. We aim to respond within 48 business hours. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by Cameroonian law.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Quatapay shall not be liable for:

  • User input errors
  • Third-party telecom failures
  • Events beyond reasonable control
  1. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
