Before you open a ticket

  • Search the developer FAQ — the answer is often there.
  • Capture the X-Request-Id from a failed response. Without it we have to scan logs by timestamp, which is slow.
  • Try the call against the sandbox first to confirm the payload is shaped right.

Open a ticket

Authenticated merchants can open tickets directly from the merchant panel under Support. Tickets are triaged within one business day.

Email

Non-merchant developers (open-source maintainers, prospective customers) can reach the integrations team at developers@quatapay.com. Please include code snippets, request ids, and the exact error you saw.

Security disclosures

Found a security issue? Email security@quatapay.com — do not post in public channels. We pay bounties for valid reports; see our security policy for scope.

Status page

Check status.quatapay.com before opening a ticket about timeouts — we post incidents in real time.
